Education

To build a home needs some work. To maintain a home need even more works. Through education, we will enable home owner to maintain their home longer and more efficient.

Partnership

Through partnership we can share cost and knowledge thus reach our common goal faster.

At present, we are taking the opportunity and support offered by the Indonesian Government to build affordable housing.

Community Building

By doing community building, sustainability index will be higher and sharing of knowledge will create awareness and contribution toward increasing our speed in achieving our goal.

We believe, community building will save our resources in the long run.

Technology

We are collecting data, researching and applying the most efficient technology.

We are taking cues from expert and guidelines such as provided by GBCI(Green Building Council Indonesia, who is a member of World Green Building Council.

We are also taking cues from community and individual around the world and such that do multi function furniture and buildings

Architecture

The home itself has to be healthy living, sustainable, safe, incremental architecture, energy efficient, self sustain, universal design, and being social responsible.
